Info

The arthropod department is composed of six separate sections, each being curated by a dedicated scientist and a technician. The collections are all housed in the Naumann Bau, at the back of the main Museum's building. Numerous guest scientists, trainees, and students (mainly from the University of Bonn and Cologne) are working additionally in the sections. Many volounteers support collection management.
