My main research interests are biodiversity in general and biogeography and evolutionary biology in particular. I am mostly interested in combining different sources of information, genetics and ecological niche-based models to gain new insights on the mechanisms that lead to the isolation of populations, genetic differentiation and ultimately speciation.
