The ZFMK‘s special exhibition „ Wolfgang Hartwig, Präparator und Tiermaler“ („Wolfgang Hartwig, taxidermist and animal painter“ is a homage to one of the ZFMK’s famous taxidermists and gives an insight into the long and fascinating life of Wolfgang Hartwig, who will become 88 years old on July 15th.

This temporary display shows newer and recent work of Wolfgang Hartwig. His drawings detailing the shape of the objects in high resolution were used for the print of reputable and renowned bird books such as COLLINS Field Guide.
