Description

Small Mammal Monitoring for an Iron Ore Mining project in the Putu Mountains of Liberia re- confirming the presence of the Nimba Otter Shrew (Micropotamogale lamottei) in the Putu Mountains. Partial funding has been obtained to examine the exact extend and size of the population of M. lamottei at Putu using trapping and eDNA analysis, for a potential Master's or PhD project.
