Description

The herpetodiversity preserved as fossils in amber is currently under survey by a team of scientists including the mentioned collaborators. The recent focus are the relatively young Gekkota fossils of the Dominican Amber and newly discovered fossils from Burma which are among the oldest known amber lizard fossils.
