Digital Genomic Data Management

In order to explore, connect and share molecular data, produced in the zmb, we developed a datamodel to integrate them in the digital asset management software easyDB.

Easydb is a flexible web application that allows users to manage data and the corresponding metadata, originally intended for multimedia data.
The Database can be used to accompany scientists in the developement, maintainance, update or disposal of workflows or analysis and corresponding data collection. Genome assembly workflows and all relvant genomic data are stored in the Digital Asset Management system easyDB.
