The museum building and all public exhibition areas are accessible for wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities.
There is a disabled parking space in the museum car park. Access is via Adenauerallee (B9) out of town, turn right BEFORE the museum.
Note: The level access from the car park to the main entrance is partly on cobblestones.
A wheelchair-accessible lift leads from the "Museum Koenig" underground station (lines 16, 66, 63) directly to the museum.
- Persons with a disabled pass pay the reduced admission price (EUR 3.00).
- An accompanying person has free admission if they have the appropriate mark on their disabled person's pass (B and H).
Assistance dogs and guide dogs for the blind are permitted with appropriate proof. We ask you to sign a liability waiver for any potential damage caused by the animal during the visit to the museum.

Seating is available in several places in the exhibition area. There are also lightweight folding chairs that can be taken along during the visit.
A wheelchair can be borrowed if required. Please ask the ticket office staff.
A disabled toilet and a baby changing room are located on the ground floor.
