How will we work in the future? And above all: what will we work as in the future?

The #futureworkchallenge is all about finding a creative answer to these questions. The international competition calls on teenagers and young adults in Europe to depict a profession of the future in a photo or video and explain it in a few words in German or English. Whether high-tech baker or astro-gardener, whether presented with props or pantomimed - anything is possible!

All participants can submit their entry until 15 August 2020 via Instagram:
Simply tag it with the hashtag #futureworkchallenge, link the channel @beyondwork2020
and then convince the expert jury! The winners can look forward to great prizes
All finalists will also be invited to the award ceremony in October.

The Federal Ministry is organising the #futureworkchallenge as part of the European Labour Research Conference beyondwork2020 taking place in Bonn on 21 and 22 October. Representatives from politics, research, business and the social partners are invited to discuss and network about the working world of tomorrow.
