Exhibits to take a closer look at, research equipment and lots to experiment with and try out - we will be packing all of this into our museum bus, which will be travelling around Bonn and the surrounding area.
In the spirit of the outreach approach, everyone is invited to discover at nurseries, schools and in public places: How "much" is "biodiversity"? What is there in the museum and how are the specimens actually made? What topics are the scientists at the museum working on and how can I join in at home? Together we can explore which animal species there are in the neighbourhood, what a field hamster looks like from the inside or how microscopically small things can be made visible.
The barrier-free bus will also be accessible for wheelchair users and includes an offer for all curious people from pre-school age. We offer opportunities for free experiences in and around the bus as well as age- and school-appropriate programmes that can be booked.
We look forward to welcoming all explorers!
