An open and courageous approach to the climate crisis and the feelings and thoughts associated with it can make a decisive contribution to actively engaging in climate protection. This lecture explains why the climate crisis often overwhelms us and renders us unable to act. They will analyse distorted patterns of perception, offer new perspectives and present psychological approaches that can help to overcome difficult emotions and overcome passivity. The event is being organised in cooperation with the "Psychologists for Future Bonn/Rhein-Sieg" initiative.
There will be a drink afterwards!
