Sharing climate feelings

A protected discussion group

The climate crisis triggers many different feelings in us, but we often have little space to share them. In this carefully moderated discussion group, we create a safe space in which all feelings - from anger to sadness to hope - can have their place. We listen to each other attentively and practise recognising and expressing our feelings without judgement. Sharing our feelings in the group can have a relieving effect, show us that we are not alone with our feelings and give us new strength to deal with the climate crisis.
