Dear visitors,

a visit to our exhibitions is currently possible without prior appointment.

You can purchase your tickets at the box office.

2G proof (vaccinated or recovered) is required for visiting the exhibition, participating in guided tours and for other events in the museum. This means that proof of full vaccination or convalescence together with official identification is required.

Excluded are:
- Children and adolescents up to and including the age of 15.
- Persons who have a medical certificate stating that they cannot be vaccinated against Covid-19 at present or up to a date not more than six weeks ago for health reasons; these persons must have proof of testing. For this purpose, tested persons are those who have a negative result, certified in accordance with the Corona-Test-und-Quarantäneverordnung, from a rapid antigen test carried out not more than 24 hours previously or from a PCR test carried out not more than 48 hours previously and certified by a recognised laboratory.

Protective and hygienic measures

The Museum Koenig follows the requirements of the Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (link is external).

Accordingly, the following applies to you:

  •  Obligation to wear a medical mask
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other people

If you feel ill, please stay at home.

Use the facilities for hand disinfection.

Cough or sneeze (along with the mask) into the crook of your arm and keep your hands away from your face (eyes, nose, mouth).

Avoid forming groups that are too close together.

In order to further minimize visitor encounters, the exhibitions can currently only be seen as a tour.
